What challenges await you? ???
- Prepare and develop content projects;
- Create and maintain updated content about the Despegar product;
- Create interactive and gamified materials to increase engagement and the learning experience;
- Creation of short video scripts and training actions;
- Analyze and interpret quality data and training to identify opportunities for improvement in materials and training;
- Develop and maintain organized databases to facilitate quality queries and analyses;
- Build dashboards and reports to support management and QA teams in presenting results.
What do we value?
- For inmates - Requirements:
- Higher education in attendance or complete.
- Advanced Office Package (VLOOKUP, SOMASE, CONT.SE, graphics and more) - Will be tested;
- Exp. in the area of tourism;
- Differential:
- Intermediate Spanish;
- For External - Requirements:
- Higher education in attendance or complete;
- Basic Spanish;
- Advanced Office Package (VLOOKUP, SOMASE, CONT.SE, graphics and more) - Will be tested;
- Experience in data analysis, trend identification and report creation;
- Basic programming knowledge to implement automated solutions, such as Google Apps Script;
- Proficiency in content creation platforms, such as Canva;
- Have worked in the training area, preferably focusing on data and content creation.
- Differential:
- Ability to design gamified learning experiences (optional), using platforms such as Kahoot!, Quizlet, or other tools.
- Knowledge in artificial intelligence, including the use of machine learning algorithms for predictive analysis and pattern identification;
- Advanced Spanish.
