Main duties will centre around assisting the guests with arrivals and departures, making sure they have everything they need from housekeeping, groceries, taxi bookings, and drinks on arrival. Under the supervision of the Customer Operations Manager.

What you will be doing:

Running ice to yachts

Luggage – assisting with arrivals and departure

Groceries – making sure groceries are delivered to the right boat at the right time

Linen – running linen from housekeeping to yachts

Always assisting guests on the dock – directions, arranging taxis, and general questions

Looking after the general welfare of all our guests at all times

Keeping docks clear and tidy at all times

Making sure there are always carts in the departure and arrival area

Serving drinks on arrival

Assisting the guests pre-charter and post charter

Always accessible to the customer service team and in contact for relevant coordination

Quality checking yachts

The ideal candidate will have the following:

Excellent time keeping

Professional and presentable

Past experience in the job or a similar role required

Basic boat knowledge required

Able to work weekends, evenings, and bank holidays

Shifts: 8am to 5pm and 10 am to 7pm
