The responsibility of Data Entry Specialist is to review bookings for accuracy, input and maintain all services and products into the reservation system. This position will work a hybrid schedule out of the Travelopia office in Bangalore. Work hours will be 10am-7pm IST to allow for extensive overlap with our office in Barcelona, Spain.

What you’ll do:

• Responsible for regularly reviewing costs and ensuring booking accuracy.
• Communicate to the Operations team the latest changes to services
• Connect with suppliers in the event of a change request
• Demonstrate independent decision-making ability while interpreting data points and commercial implications
• Provide excellent support and information to all co-workers
• Provide support to other Product department staff as required
• Other duties as assigned by Manager

What you’ll bring:

• Demonstrable experience in Data Entry within a corporate background
• Self-motivated, demonstrating the ability to work independently and as a team player
• Quick learner, sharp, analytical, and thoughtful
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in updating data
• Ability to learn new technologies or systems quickly
• Familiarity with basic data analysis and reporting
• Excellent oral and written communication in English
• Knowledge of HubSpot or other ticketing systems is a plus
• Flexibility, demonstrating the ability to adapt to changing objectives
• Ability to prioritize workload to maximize commercial impact
