About the position
Our core teams play a vital role in making our extraordinary holiday a reality and this is the reason why many of our clients return every year. Our operational agents play a vital role in keeping our bases running smoothly by ensuring that our fleet of boats is sparkling and ready for an early departure, and by taking care of the variety of ancillary products that our customers can book. This is an extremely fun and dynamic position that requires a client-centric approach as well as strong practical and organizational skills.
What you'll do
- Exterior cleaning of boats.
- Maintain and repair extras booked by our guests such as bikes, cushions and barbecues.
- On busy departure days, assist the technical team in preparing the boats, which includes, but is not limited to, refuelling, checking ropes and filling water tanks.
- Participate in pre- and post-season preparation tasks, which are essential to ensure that our boats are ready for customers and for winter maintenance.
- Participate in boat refurbishment projects, as required.
- Provide assistance to guests as needed (e.g. loading and unloading luggage) to ensure that our guests have the best possible holiday.
- Support colleagues in other departments when needed to ensure that the customer experience remains a priority at all times.

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Highly organized and responsive to competing demands.
- Ability to communicate information to colleagues in a clear and timely manner.
- Work effectively as part of a team and have the initiative to work independently.
- Mechanical or technician experience (desirable).
- Know how to swim due to proximity to water (desirable).
- Ability to work flexibly (weekends and holidays)
