Job Description
Responsible for the coordination of the Sales / Marketing activities in both Resorts
Client relationship (own Key Markets and accounts) – building, developing and maintaining strong and productive relationship with business partners
Assist with Sales team with the implementation and executing all sales objectives and action plans to reach and exceed set targets
Providing administrative support to the sales team, managing databases, preparing sales materials and coordinating sales activities/events
Assisting with the development and execution of marketing campaigns, managing marketing materials, and coordinating logistics for events and promotions
Act as the link between the sales and marketing teams, ensuring that their efforts are aligned and contributing to the overall success of the business cluster
Facilitating communication between the sales and marketing teams, as well as with other relevant departments
Conducting market research and analyzing data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Monitoring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and providing reports on key performance indicators
Managing records, maintaining databases, and handling other administrative duties to support the sales and marketing functions
Organizing site inspections, familiarization trips, and other travel arrangements for sales and marketing purposes, including travel between resorts
Qualifications
College Diploma to Bachelor degree in Tourism / Hospitality Management
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity
Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
Previous experience working in Maldives, or in other remote properties can be advantageous
